Through her work as the Founder of the Women’s Ministry Movement, she has touched countless lives, providing guidance and encouragement that transcends religious, cultural, and generational boundaries.

With a unique blend of faith and professional expertise, Jennifer’s journey has been nothing short of remarkable. She holds a Baccalaureate degree in psychology and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Michigan State University, specializing in marketing. Her 15-year career in corporate marketing, where she served in the C-Suite, has shaped her leadership style, allowing her to integrate strategic thinking with a heart for ministry. This combination makes her ministry both relevant and relatable to modern women navigating faith, family, and career.

Serving alongside her husband, Suffragan Bishop Jon L. Slaughter, at Christ Temple Church of Lansing, MI, Jennifer has become a trusted mentor and leader. Together, they are raising two wonderful sons, Blake and Britain, while continuously pouring into their church community. Jennifer’s influence extends beyond the pulpit, as she was once an esteemed young professional invited to join the Yale Graduate Student Christian Fellowship, an experience that expanded her vision and strengthened her faith.

“If someone had told me years ago that I’d be in full-time ministry, I might have been hesitant to believe them,” Jennifer reflects. “But God’s plans always unfold in ways we don’t expect.”

Today, Jennifer is on a mission to help women step into their divine calling, offering a powerful blend of spiritual wisdom and practical life tools. Her passion is to guide others in evolving into their highest potential, reminding them that with God, nothing is impossible.
